Tourist accommodation hard plan stock
Description
This map shows the hard plan stock for tourist accommodation in Zeeland as of 13 September 2023. The map includes all concrete plans for future tourist accommodation. Such plans may concern a new establishment, or expansion and/or transformation of accommodation units in existing locations. ‘Concrete plan’ means that the plan is more than just an idea, the plan is only included in this database when it has been submitted to a municipality for a permit application or change of zoning plan. At that time, a plan is ‘in procedure’. Per plan, the status is then tracked, which, in addition to ‘in procedure’, can also refer to the status ‘approved’, ‘under construction’ and ‘realised’. As soon as a plan has been realized, the accommodations in question are included in the offer database of accommodation accommodations. Data on hard plan stock are maintained and periodically updated by HZ Knowledge Centre Coastal Tourism in collaboration with the Zeeland municipalities.
