Inspire SN Geology GK50 LKQ
Description
The presentation service presents information on geology in the Free State of Saxony. It represents the sequence of quaternary loose rocks in several horizontal maps that are superimposed on top of each other, as well as the fixed rocks at the base of the quaternary in scale 1: 50,000. The map service provided is an excerpt from the overall map. The INSPIRE-compliant implementation of the further map areas is currently in progress. Incomplete data on stratigraphy and/or petrography of individual surfaces are gradually completed. A uniform grey signature marks the incompletely attributed features. The map service is usable on a scale smaller than 1: 25,000 as well as in different attribute representations. The map work is one of 7 geological maps, which is provided for the territory of the Free State of Saxony in their own map services INSPIRE-compliant.
