Description

This dataset provides an insight into the amount of ‘waste from plant tissues’ in tonnes that is released annually as a waste stream at companies in South Holland. This concerns waste "waste from agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, forestry, hunting and fishing and food preparation and processing". It consists of bell pepper leaves, auction waste and seeds. Quantity: 67,340 tonnes per year
