Description

Eural code 02 03 04: "Raw materials unfit for processing, all kinds of intermediate products of plant origin unfit for consumption". For example: "Raw materials not suitable for processing, all kinds of intermediates of plant origin unfit for consumption". Euralcode 02 07 04: is not further specified. Eural code 02 02 03: For example "Animal material with too many hormones, too many antibiotics, spoiled material, rejected carcasses, ...) as animal waste; material that does not meet customer requirements, food from the supermarket by the expiry date". Eual code 02 05 01: "Production (cheese, milk, butter, yoghurt, cream, ...)" For example: ‘cut residues from cheese, failed products, rancid butter, milk’. This dataset provides an insight into the amount of ‘material unfit for consumption or processing’ in tonnes per year that is released as a waste stream at companies in South Holland. Material unfit for consumption or processing includes other materials unfit for processing, products unfit for consumption, failed products and spoiled material. Quantity: 100,176 tonnes per year
