Environmental policy - scope Groundwater protection area

Description

Current (current) scope 'Groundwater protection area' from the environmental policy module 'Living, Working and World Heritage' of the Province of South Holland. The environmental policy always applies to a specific territory. These areas are referred to as ‘scope areas’. These areas, like the policy text, are formally defined by the Provincial Executive (GS) and/or Provincial Executive (PS). This dataset concerns the consolidated version containing the complete data including the adopted amendments. The provincial environmental policy is regularly reviewed to keep it up-to-date and applicable. The environmental policy module 'Living, Working and World Heritage' relates to a partial change of the environmental vision, the environmental regulation and the environmental programme. The changes relate to a number of topics related to the themes of living, working and World Heritage. The changes relate to the topics of housing, business parks, retail, large space users, world heritage, future-proof construction and development, mutations 3 ha map (large extra-urban construction sites) and other minor and technical adjustments. On 2 October 2023, GS adopted the amendments to the environmental programme and submitted them for PS’s attention. PS adopted the amendments to the Ambient Vision and the Ambient Ordinance on 31 January 2024. The date of entry into force of the amendments to the environmental vision and programme is 1 May 2024. The amendments to the Environmental Ordinance entered into force on 26 March 2024 for the ‘Living, Working and World Heritage’ module and on 15 June 2024 for the two redefinitions of the Netherlands Nature Network. For your information: Areas of operation consist of subdivisions. The total geometry of the scope is the summation or aggregation of the different subdivisions.
