Description
no longer legally effective: The objective of the regional plan is to secure areas that are to be preserved as existing, unbuilt flood areas or that are to be recovered as lost flood areas. These areas shall be kept free from uses that prevent water retention and/or are incompatible with flooding. This also applies to construction.
