Newly built houses; output price index construction costs 2021=100
Description
This table contains figures on the development of the construction costs of all categories of new dwellings. The construction costs referred to include the general costs and 'profit and risk' of the contractor, but exclude the land costs and costs of the project developer or broker.
The basic material for this statistic is derived from data reported by municipalities to Statistics Netherlands (CBS) from building permits for new dwellings that they have issued.
Data available from: 1st quarter 2018
Status of figures:
The figures remain for four quarters for the time being. They will then be definitively determined.

None, this is a new table. This table is the successor of the New Build Houses table; output price index construction costs, 2015=100 see paragraph 3.
When will there be new figures?
New figures for Q2 2024 will be released at the end of September 2024.
