Volume of work; industry, gender, national accounts
Description
This table contains data on the volume of work of the self-employed and of employees employed by companies and institutions established in the Netherlands. The volume of work is given in average number of persons employed, average number of jobs, and hours worked per year. The figures are available by gender and a detailed industry breakdown.

Status of figures:
Data from 1995 to 2021 are final. Data from 2022 onwards are provisional.
Changes as of 24 June 2024:
This is a new table.
The Central Bureau of Statistics recently revised the national accounts. New sources, methods and concepts are introduced into the national accounts, so that the picture of the Dutch economy is optimally aligned with all underlying statistics, sources and international guidelines for compiling the national accounts. This table shows the figures after revision. For more information see section 3.
When will there be new figures?
At the end of the reporting year, provisional figures shall be published after six months. After 30 months, the final figures will be published.
