Priority area for flood protection
Description
In priority areas, land-significant uses are excluded, unless they are used as a priority (here: Flood protection) can be agreed. The LEP 2013 no longer mandates regional planning to define priority areas for flood protection. As of 01.09.2013, no priority area for flood protection has been redefined.
