Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Langackern-Fuchsackern – 4th Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With this change of plan, the children’s playground “Schönbergstraße” and the reserved area for the transformer station are now to be abandoned and the property as a whole is supplied for development.
