Leader is the abbreviation for: Liaison Entre Actions de Développement de l’Économie Rurale.
LEADER is a European subsidy programme that focuses on projects that positively contribute to the socio-economic development of rural areas and to nature, climate and the environment in the context of future-proof farmers. Innovation and collaboration from the bottom up are characteristic of LEADER.
LEADER has been carried out in South Holland since 2002 in the successive periods LEADER+, POP2, POP3 and now the NSP. On this online project map you will find all projects that have made use of LEADER subsidy.
