Description
The property register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). Owner data is kept according to VermKatG NRW in accordance with the land register. The connection file contains the competent cadastral office, the tax office responsible for each parcel, the booking sheet number and office and the timeliness. The connection file does not contain any geometries (especially no parcel envelopes). The output format is a textadei (.csv). The data is provided exclusively to public authorities. They will only be provided on request with a statement of the legitimate interest. Status of the data used: 01.10.2022.
