Description
round rate (see Glossary) in the Regional Plan, which is intended to protect areas where afforestation is to be achieved and thus an increase in the share of forests in the regions is to be achieved. These are, on the one hand, areas to be fully forested within the limits of a concrete form and, on the other hand, areas in which a forest-rich but semi-open landscape is to be developed by (additional) installation of smaller forest areas, in accordance with the landscape character and taking into account local conditions: Planning Association of Chemnitz Region with legal basis Regional Plan Chemnitz-Erzgebirge, update (as of 31.7.2008) round rate (see Glossary) in the Regional Plan, which is intended to protect areas where afforestation is to be achieved and thus an increase in the share of forests in the regions is to be achieved.
