Description
The law on the development plan Langenhorn 51 of
25 June 1976 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette)
Page 166) is amended as follows:
1.In the drawing presentation (sheet 2), the fixing of ‘building plots for common use (school and day care home) is changed to the fixing of the general residential area’. For this residential area, a four-storey closed construction with the base area number 0.3 and the number of floors 0.8 as well as the construction boundary along Essener Straße are fixed at a distance of 25 m from the road boundary line.
2. Further local traffic areas are required for the development of the residential area referred to in point 1. Their exact location is determined by the intended development. They are fixed on request in a decision pursuant to Section 14 of the Hamburgische Wegegesetz, as amended by 22 January 1974 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- undverordnungsblatt, page 41), or produced in accordance with Section 125(2) of the Federal Building Act.
3.In the residential area along Essener Straße, by arrangement of the building structures or by suitable basic design, the living and sleeping rooms should be assigned to the sides of the building that are turned away from Essener Straße. Insofar as the arrangement of the required noise protection is not achieved, the living and sleeping rooms may be directed towards Essener Straße, provided that structural noise protection measures are provided for them.
