Development plan Lohbrügge 16 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Building Plan Lohbrügge 16 of 25 November 1966 (HmbGVBl. P. 251), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 499) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Lohbrügge 16 Development Plan” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 6 is added:
6. In the areas covered by the plant, bounded by the streets of Höperfeld, Höperstieg, Lohbrügger
Landstraße, Sander Damm and Ohlstücken shall not be permitted for entertainment venues, brothels and brothel-like establishments, as well as sales rooms and sales areas whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles of a sexual nature. The Building Use Ordinance of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I, p. 466, 479) is decisive for the type of construction use.’
