Development Plan Lohbrügge 16 1st Amendment Hamburg

The law on the development plan Lohbrügge 16 of 25 November 1966 (HmbGVBl. 251), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 499), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Lohbrügge 16 Development Plan" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 6 is added:
"6. In the areas shaded in the complex, bounded by the streets Höperfeld, Höperstieg, Lohbrügger
Landstraße, Sander Damm and Ohlstücken, amusement centres, brothels and brothel-type establishments as well as sales rooms and sales areas whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles of a sexual nature are not permitted. Decisive for the type of structural use is the Construction Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479)."
