Description

The review and report were commissioned by the RCMP Operational Readiness and Response Section resulting from recommendations made in the Mass Casualty Commission report released in March 2023. The Lansdowne Consulting Group Inc formed the report by undertaking a comprehensive, but not exhaustive review of information. The review considered the Immediate Action Rapid Deployment (IARD) and the Initial Critical Incident Response (ICIR 100 and ICIR 200) courses.
