Description
Documentation of the specified floodplains in the Free State of Saxony on the basis of the Introductory Decree amending the Saxon Water Act and the Act to Facilitate Reconstruction and Improve Flood Protection of 14 November 2002 as well as the Second Act amending the Saxon Water Act of 18 October 2004. Orders are determined in accordance with § 76 WHG and determined in accordance with § 72 SächsWG.
