Urban agglomerations (Q2009. Dir 91/271/EEC)
Description
Geographical area formed by one or more municipalities, or by one or more of them, which by its population or economic activity constitutes a source of waste water generation justifying its collection and transfer to a treatment plant or to a final discharge point (Article 2 of Royal Decree-Law11/1995).
