The Basic Registration Topography (BGT) is the national registration of detailed topography. It is the most detailed map made at the national level, intended for scale 1:500 to 1:5000. The municipality of Eindhoven is one of the source holders and collects the data by surveying or by mapping from stereo aerial photos.

Via Public Service on the Map (PDOK) you can retrieve the current BGT directly from the national facility.

As the Municipality of Eindhoven, we make derived products and services available from the BGT source dataset. For example, for Microstation users (designers).

This dataset is a derivative of the BGT labels (e.g. street names). We make this Eindhoven version available so that users can download the BGT files in a file format other than GML. As a shapefile, for example. You can enter the area you want to download in the map and start the download in the desired file format under the "export" tab.

Via the dataset BGT in DGN format we offer the BGT per neighbourhood in DGN format.

We update the BGT version on this Open Data portal weekly. This is less topical than within the national provision.
