Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Hardt — Horn (change (clarification number of residential units)” of the municipality of Immenstaad from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA); BP “Hardt-Horn, change (clarification of the number of residential units)”; as last amended by Article 2 of the Law of 11.6.2013;
