Description
In the area of the former large gardening plant in Borgsdorf, the city has used the legal instruments of the urban development measure. The Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) makes it possible for municipalities to benefit from extensive funding in formally defined development areas.
These financial grants from the Land and the Federal Government are intended to start financing an overall measure and should be refinanced as much as possible through the sale of the building plots. In this way, the old commercial facilities of the large gardening plant could be removed and the plots ready for construction.
