Description
LEGAL BASIS FOR KEEPING: Regulation No 9 of 21 March 2005 on the conditions and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of a public register of public-purpose sites controlled by the Regional Health Inspectorates (Title Amend. — SG No 14/2011 with effect from 15 February 2011)
It contains data on public-purpose sites, transport vehicles for public transport and special purpose vehicles entered in the register of public-purpose sites of RZI Silistra. The public part of the register provides information on the registration number and date of registration, the address of the site, the type of site and the types of activities carried out on it, the company name or the name of the person operating on the public service site, as well as the date and number of the order for cancellation of the registration.
