Description
The Environment Act has been in force since 1 January 2024. This means that all zoning plans are now part of the environmental plan. Some procedures for amending or drawing up zoning plans will be completed in 2024.
As of 1 January 2024, all zoning plans have been incorporated into the temporary environmental plan. This can be viewed via the Environmental Desk.
