Description
The Environment Act has been in force since 1 January 2024. This means that all zoning plans are now part of the [*environmental plan*](https://www.eindhoven.nl/bouw/grond-en-vastgoed/omgevingsplan). Some procedures for amending or drawing up zoning plans will be completed in 2024.
As of 1 January 2024, all zoning plans have been incorporated into the temporary environmental plan. This can be viewed via the [*Environmental Desk*](https://omgevingswet.overheid.nl/).
