Houses and non-houses in the pipeline; usage function, region
Description
This table contains data on residential and non-residential buildings in the pipeline in the Netherlands. For each month, it is made clear how many residential objects are in the pipeline to be built: they either have a building permit granted, or construction has been reported to have started. The pipeline is derived from the statuses of residential objects and buildings in the Basic Register of Addresses and Buildings (BAG). The table will be published retroactively from January 2015.
The data are further broken down by districts, provinces, COROP areas and municipalities, and are available at month, quarter, and year level.
Status of figures:
The figures from 2015 to 2022 are final.
The figures from the beginning of 2023 are provisional.
Changes as of May 2024:
The published figures for reporting month March 2024 contain an error, the dates for this month have been republished.
In the new figures, there are more FEBs in the pipeline than previously published at the end of March 2024.
When will there be new figures?
The new provisional figures are published each quarter for a maximum of 1 month after the reporting quarter.
The final figures for the previous reporting year will be published in June.
