Floodplains (environmental atlas)
Description
The map compilation contains the flood zones of the State of Berlin, as determined in accordance with Section 76 of the Water Resources Act. In accordance with the requirements of the Water Resources Act, flooding areas represent areas where a flood event can be expected statistically once in 100 years. With the establishment of flood zones, the provisionally secured flooding area was replaced.
