Subsoil properties according to § 22 No. 1 GeolDG
Description
In accordance with the Geology Data Act (GeolDG), the State Office for Mining, Energy and Geology (LBEG), as the competent authority for Lower Saxony, ensures the public provision of geological data and ensures their access for everyone.
The LBEG refers to only analogous technical and evaluation data.
The map ‘Analogue data in accordance with Section 22(1) of the GeolDG – Building Soil Properties’ shows locations where soil mechanical investigations are available to determine the building soil properties. These locations are usually linked to boreholes or trenches that are present in the drill database. The results and protocols of the soil mechanical investigations are available in the LBEG in analog form and can be requested from the LBEG if required according to the GeolDG specifications. The reference table ‘only by analogy available technical data § 22 No. 1 GeolDG’ gives an overview of geotechnical investigations carried out.
