JHS 176 Processing, management and storage of electronic documentary data
Description
The purpose of the Recommendation is to support public administration organisations in implementing the requirements set by the Archives Institute’s Sähke2 Order in the information systems dealing with documented information. The recommendation seeks to identify concrete ways of achieving the target state described by Sähke2 in accordance with modern technology. In the first phase, the recommendation will primarily apply to case management. The aim is to support the development of the organisation’s processing, management and storage of documented data so that it is at the level necessary for the electronic storage of data throughout the life cycle. The subject matter of the Recommendation is part of a broader package, which involves the development of activities and the promotion of interoperability of data. (18.8.2011)
