Description
This table gives a monthly and quarterly overview of pronounced bankruptcies by legal form. Natural persons, with or without a single-owner company, can end in a bankruptcy or, since 1998, in a debt restructuring plan (not simultaneously), when they stop paying their debts. Legal persons can end in a bankruptcy via a suspension of payment, when they stop paying their debts.
