Housing costs for households; characteristics of the house, region
Description
This table provides figures on the housing costs of private households in self-employed homes. Households that live (temporarily) free of charge in a house are not included. The figures are presented for both owners and tenants and can be further broken down by different characteristics of the property and the region. For municipalities, only those municipalities that had included more than 100.000 inhabitants in 2018.

The figures in this table are final.
Amendments as of 23 November 2022:
Boundaries crooked rent 2021 have been adjusted in the topics.
Amendments as of 9 June 2022:
Final figures 2021 included.
The figures for 2012, 2015 and 2018 have been revised due to new calculation method and adaptation of housing policy to regulation 2021.
Due to a shift in the default encoding, this table becomes a redesign.
When will there be new figures?
Figures for year 2024 will be available in 2025.
