Re-drawing Land Use Plan City of Dissen aTW
Description
The current land use plan of the city of Dissen aTW has its origins in 1978, but it has already been amended 35 times over the years.
As a so-called preparatory land use plan in accordance with the requirements of the Building Code (BauGB) and the Building Use Ordinance (BauNVO), the land use plan (FNP) represents the general spatial planning and development goals of a municipality by showing the planned type of land use for the entire municipal area in the basic outlines. Its contents are based on the provisions of ยง 5 of the Building Code (BauGB).
No legal claims can be derived from the land use plan, for example the right to build on a plot of land. However, it is an important basis for the preparation of development plans (binding land-use plans), which substantiate the urban development in parts of the city with legally binding stipulations.
Due to the large number of changes in the municipal area, the clear and unambiguous handling of the land use plan is becoming increasingly difficult. In order to ensure that clear planning statements on the individual sub-areas of the municipality can also be made in the future, the land use plan was digitised or adapted to the digital land use map, taking into account the effective changes that have been carried out to date.
The digital land use plan is now available and corresponds to the effective land use plan (FNP) in the version from 2 October 1978 up to and including the 31st amendment plus 33rd and 35th amendments.
