Description
The topographic frame map work TK100 is a map sheet section defined according to geographical network lines. Based on the map sheet sections of the TK25 with a size of 10‘geographic longitude and 6’ geographical latitude, the leaf sections of the TK100 result by summarising 16 TK25 leaf sections, i.e. they have an extension of 40‘geographic longitude and 24’ latitude. The sheet numbering of the TK25 follows a tabular system The first two digits indicate the row (numbered from north to south), the last two digits the column (numbered from west to east). The sheet numbering of the TK100 is derived from the lower left TK25 sheet number with the prefixed “C” (Roman for 100).
