Hydrogeological spatial division of North Rhine-Westphalia — data set
Description
The data set represents the hydrogeological spatial structure of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is described in detail in issue 16 of the publication series “scriptum — Work Results from the Geological Service North Rhine-Westphalia”. Areas with the same or very similar hydrogeological properties have been grouped into hydrogeological subspaces. The data set was further developed within the framework of the creation of the “groundwater bodies of NRW”, which were published by the State Office for Nature, Environment and Consumer Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia (LANUV NRW). Available map themes: hydrogeological subspaces, including allocation to superordinate rooms and large spaces.
