Development plan Billstedt 101 Hamburg

Description

The Billstedt 101 development plan for the area of application between Bergedorfer Straße, Bundesautobahn A1, Glinder Au and Havighorster Graben (district office Hamburg-Mitte, district 131) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Bundesautobahn A 1 - Glinder Au - Steinfurths Diek - Glinder Au - eastern boundary of parcels 2800 and 2864 (Havighorster Graben), via parcel 368, eastern boundary of parcel 2933 (Havighorster Graben), northern and eastern boundary of parcel 3163, eastern boundary of parcel 3164, via parcels 2105, 2330 and 387, eastern boundary of parcel 3273, via parcels 389 and 390, eastern boundary of parcel 3274, via parcels 392 to 396 of the Kirchsteinbek - Steinbeker Grenzdamm district - via parcel 3404 (Kandinsky Allee), eastern and southern boundary of parcels 3259 and 2371 of the Kirchsteinbek - Bergedorfer Straße district.
