Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Holzmühläcker III” of the municipality of Ebersbach-Musbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the development of this development plan, the overall urban development of the north-eastern part of Ebersbach will be initiated in this subsection. To the east, for this part of the village, a clear settlement and village edge is delineated and structurally trained in coordination with the necessities of agriculture.
