WFS SN ALKIS AAA Model Based
Description
The property register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). The present Web Feature Service enables the targeted download of geo-objects in ALKIS based on a search query (direct access download service). The service provides the geo-objects in a format defined on the basis of the norm-based exchange interface (NAS) in accordance with the GeoInfoDok 6.0.1 (http://www.adv-online.de) at least to the extent of the nationwide standard database. The encoding is adapted to the user by using geometries according to the OGC-Simple feature standard (http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards/sfa), units of measurement based on UCUM (http://unitsofmeasure.org/), OGC-URNs for EPSG coordinate reference systems (※}), HTTP-URIs for the reference of objects (http://www.w3.org/Protocols/Specs.html) and additionally inverse relations. The service is designed for use in practical GIS clients that can exploit the customised geo-objects as well as have functionalities for processing complex NAS structures.
