The Spatial Structural Concept Gelsenkirchen (RSK) is an orientation framework for the long-term development of the city of Gelsenkirchen. It sets out the consensus between politics and administration on the strategic fields of action and identifies objectives and measures. The RSK identifies challenges and tasks for the future.
