Description

The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 36/HafenCity 4 for the area at Kaiserhöft, the western part of the headland between Sandtor- and Grasbrookhafen (district Hamburg-Mitte, district 103) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Am Kaiserkai - about the parcels of land 1977 (old: 1900), 1772 (Grasbrookhafen), 1619 (Schiffbauer Hafen), 1740 and 1713 (Sandtorhafen) of the district Altstadt-Süd.
