Environmental Regulation - Scope of the fauna management unit

Description

Within the province of Gelderland there is one fauna management unit. The working area of Fauna Management Unit Gelderland includes the entire territory of the province of Gelderland, with the exception of Kroondomein Het Loo. The task of the fauna management unit shall be to: coordinating the implementation of the fauna management plan and advising the Provincial Executive on fauna policy. This file was adopted by the Provincial Council on 15 November 2023 and will enter into force on 1 January 2024 under the Environment Act.
