Endorsed archaeology notes and notes
Description
This layer shows the polygons of the areas examined in function of the preparation of validated archaeology notes and notes. In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Immovable Heritage Decree of 12 July 2013, such validated archaeology notes and notes are in certain cases required to be obtained in function of the application for an environmental permit or as a condition for obtaining an environmental permit. The endorsed archaeology notes and notes contain essentially two elements: - the results of an archaeological survey; - and the measures necessary to safeguard the scientific knowledge contained in any archaeological heritage that is threatened with destruction by the implementation of the environmental permit. All validated archaeology notes and notes are publicly available at https://loket.onroerenderfgoed.be/archeologie/notas/
