Limburgerhof - Jahnstraße
Description
Development plans and land use plans of the local municipality of Limburgerhof: With the development plan ‘Jahnstraße’, the planned area with industrial wasteland and former railway system is to be assigned to urban planning and order and the favourable location to the station, town centre, public and private facilities are to be used for further development. Another goal of the development plan is to secure or expand residential and commercial businesses in the Jahnstraße area that do not significantly disrupt housing, such as trade and services. This also applies to the re-use of the industrial wasteland. In the area of Feuerbachstraße, the existing residential development is to be secured and further developed and formative settlement structures are to be preserved. Furthermore, the area of the former railway facility including the street area Jahnstraße will be arranged and designed on the basis of the development plan. This is done with the designation of green areas, multifunctional areas for leisure, parking and parking spaces, free and practice area for the fire brigade as well as a path from the train station to Carl-Bosch-Straße.
