Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): The development plan ‘Jahnstraße’ is intended to bring the planned area with industrial wasteland and former railway facilities into an urban design and order and to use the favourable location to the train station, town centre, public and private facilities for further development. Another goal of the development plan is to secure or expand residential and commercial businesses in the Jahnstraße area that do not significantly disrupt housing, such as trade and services. This also applies to the re-use of the industrial wasteland. In the area of Feuerbachstraße, the existing residential development is to be secured and further developed and formative settlement structures are to be preserved. Furthermore, the area of the former railway facility including the street area Jahnstraße will be arranged and designed on the basis of the development plan. This is done with the designation of green areas, multifunctional areas for leisure, parking and parking spaces, free and practice area for the fire brigade as well as a path from the train station to Carl-Bosch-Straße. - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from Get Map calls to a WMS interface
