DNFCS 2019-2021: Mean contribution of food sources to intake of nutrients

Description

The Food Consumption Survey maps out what the Netherlands eats and drinks. The food consumption data provide insight into the consumption of food, the intake of macro- and micronutrients, the intake of potentially harmful chemicals and their developments (trends). The figures in this table are taken from the Food Consumption Survey (FCP) 2019-2021 of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). This table provides data on the sources of nutrients consumed by persons aged 1 to 80 years. The data are disaggregated by gender and age and also for different population groups. Not all breakdowns are available, then empty lines are shown. The available breakdowns are: Totale bevolking Leeftijd in 2 groepen Geslacht in 2 groepen Leeftijd en geslacht in 4 groepen Leeftijd en geslacht in 12 groepen Opleiding Opleiding naar geslacht Opleiding naar leeftijd in 2 groepen Opleiding naar leeftijd en geslacht in 4 groepen Regio Regio naar geslacht Regio naar leeftijd in 2 groepen Regio naar leeftijd en geslacht in 4 groepen Urbanisatie Urbanisatie naar geslacht Urbanisatie naar leeftijd in 2 groepen Urbanisatie naar leeftijd en geslacht in 4 groepen BMI BMI naar geslacht BMI naar leeftijd in 2 groepen BMI naar leeftijd en geslacht in 4 groepen The nutritional data were collected among approximately 3,500 children and adults with two 24-hour nutritional questions.
