Building permits; business buildings, industry, region
Description
This table publishes data on the number of building permits granted and the estimated construction costs of building permits granted for commercial buildings. The results relate to building permits issued with a building sum of 50 thousand euros or more, excluding VAT.
The data are broken down by type of works (new construction and others), by type of building, by destination (SBI 2008) and by region.
Data available as of January 2012.
Status of figures:
The figures for the years up to and including the first quarter of 2023 are final.
Figures as of the second quarter of 2023 are provisional.
Changes as of 16 May 2024:
The figures for the first quarter of 2023 have been finalised. Figures for the first quarter of 2024 have been added.
Preliminary figures from Q2 2023 to Q4 2023 may differ slightly from the previous publication.
When will there be new figures?
The new figures will be published approximately 2 months after the quarterly report.
The figures for the same reporting quarter of a year earlier will become final.
