Sprinkling routes

Description

The cycle paths, motorways and bus routes where spreading is done in the context of smoothness control. Part of this dataset are the scattering routes including the scattering regime (when scattered: preventive (as a precaution) or curative (if necessary)). We update the data, if there are changes, around the scattering season (around November).
