Basic registration: Vehicles (BRV) [DONL]

The Vehicle Basic Registration (BRV) contains details of vehicles, registration certificates and persons to whom the registration certificate has been issued. From the registration, the RDW (Road Traffic Service) provides information to governments, citizens and businesses.

Reuse: all non-sensitive data in the registry are available as open data: https://opendata.rdw.nl/browse?category=Voertuigen&provenance=official.
The full registration is not open data. The license is therefore not open and access is limited.
