Regina-Saint Georges Forest Airborne LIDAR Data, Virginia Sector (2013) – Digital Land Model
Description
As part of the implementation of forest projects on the managed domain, the NFB has acquired airborne LIDAR topographic surveys over several study areas. This acquisition covers an area of approximately 1.610 ha of the Virginia area of the Regina-Saint Georges Forest, in the municipality of Regina.
Directly derived from the LIDAR point cloud, the Digital Field Model is a mesh data representing the surface of the natural terrain at a resolution of 5 m.
