The total load of non-performance-measured customers (residual load) 2012 is the load cycle of the sum of all withdrawal points of the standard load profile customers (SLP customers) as ¼ h performance values.The load cycle of the residual load is calculated as follows: Residual load = network load — network losses — withdrawal load of performance-measured customers.
