Median sales prices on rural markets calculated on the basis of the AIAs (Declarations of Intention d’Aliéner) of the years 2012-2014, excluding retrocessions (sales of Safer) and cancellations of agricultural goods and services.
Data from the study published in February 2017 (Le 4 pages d’Agreste Bretagne: Disparities according to the territory and the profile of the purchaser) within the framework of the Regional Observatory of Multipartner Land, led by the Dreal, the DRAAF and the Regional Council. This study was carried out as part of a partnership between DRAAF Bretagne and Safer Bretagne.
