Development plan Lohbrügge 10 1st change Hamburg
Description
The following provision is added to Section 2 of the Lohbrügge 10 Building Plan Act of 22 February 1977 (Hamburgian Law and Order, page 42):
8. In the core areas between Hein-Möller-Weg-Sander Damm-Lohbrügger Markt-Ludwig-Rosenberg-Ring-and south of the Ludwig-Rosenberg-Ring to the railway facilities on both sides of the Alten Holstenstraße between the Labour Office and the tax office, gambling halls and similar companies within the meaning of § 33i of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of play equipment with or without profit, as well as sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration and business premises, whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts of sexual character, are inadmissible.’
